Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a product from the online store, the buyer accepts the terms and conditions of the Moongeometry Art online store.
After submitting the order form, the customer will receive an e-mail with the invoice, which contains the prices and all important details of the order. The stated amount is to be transferred by direct debit to the stated account. After receiving the payment, the order will be shipped within 1- 7 days.
The order will be handed over to the Austrian Post AG for shipment. A shipping confirmation will be sent to the customer by e-mail. Moongeometry Online Shop is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs from the moment the order is handed over to the postal service. Therefore, we recommend to add an insurance, which can be selected in the order form. Only in this way we can refund the order in full minus the shipping costs.
The customer has the possibility to return the ordered product without giving any reason within 14 days. We can refund the amount of the order only if we receive the order undamaged.
Privacy
Moongeometry Art Online Shop uses the customer's data to process an order from the online store. This data is stored until the order is completed and the data is no longer needed to process and ship the order. Data used are: Name, address, e-mail address, details of the order, as well as any information provided by the customer in the order form.
Name and address will be forwarded to Österreichische Post AG https://www.post.at/en for shipping purposes.
Except for the above mentioned exception, the data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Payment

Payment can only be made by direct debit. The bank details are stated on the invoice and indicate the account to which the outstanding amount must be transferred.
